Family-run kitchen makers in Rooskey, Co. Roscommon · Est. 1996

CONTRACT DIVISION

The kitchen partner Ireland’s builders keep on speed dial.

Design, supply and installation for phased housing developments — delivered by a family firm that’s been hitting programme dates since 1996.

Hundreds of units. One standard.

For three decades Rooskey Kitchens has worked alongside Ireland’s leading main contractors — including Bennett Construction — supplying and fitting kitchens across phased housing schemes that run to hundreds of homes. We know what a live site needs from a kitchen subcontractor: drawings answered fast, spec held without drift, deliveries sequenced to the programme rather than to our convenience, tidy fitters who respect other trades, and a snag list that’s short because the first fix was right.

We’re sized to care and resourced to deliver. Our own workshop and fitting teams handle the labour; our supply chain runs through one of these islands’ largest door manufacturers — over 350 people, more than 10,000 product lines, ex-stock express ranges, FSC, FIRA and CATAS-approved product and the industry’s largest painting capacity — so colour consistency holds from unit 1 to unit 400, and replacement fronts are never a crisis.

HOW WE WORK

How we work with main contractors.

01

Tender & spec

Priced from your drawings and schedule, with value-engineering options that protect the finish where buyers see it and the budget where they don’t.

02

Showhouse

A showhouse kitchen that sells the scheme, with buyer-upgrade paths priced and ready.

03

Programme integration

Call-off schedules aligned to your build sequence; phased deliveries, unit-by-unit, no site storage headaches.

04

Installation

Our own fitting teams, working to your site rules, inductions, RAMS and documentation requirements.

05

Handover & aftercare

Unit-level snagging closed out fast, homeowner care packs, and warranty support long after the hoarding comes down.

SPECIFICATION

Specification that survives the spreadsheet.

Developer ranges balance buyer appeal against build cost: ex-stock express doors (Oxford, Vivo+, Plana) for pace and consistency; foil shaker and slab ranges (Kensington, Pembridge, Newcombe, Zola Soft-Matte) where durability meets showhouse looks; painted upgrades that turn buyer options into margin. Every specification is documented — door, carcase, hinge, handle, worktop — so what’s in the showhouse is what’s in unit 214.
