Fitted Kitchens in Monaghan & Cavan.

Thirty years of Rooskey-made kitchens, now fitting across Monaghan and Cavan.

A note of introduction, since we’re meeting more Monaghan and Cavan homeowners lately: Rooskey Kitchens is the family firm founded by Pauric Feeney in 1996 in Rooskey village, Co. Roscommon — on the Shannon, where our workshop and showroom still stand. The second generation of the family now works alongside the first, and everything carries the same signature: doors from the STORI collection, 32+ colours, our own cabinet makers, and warranties we’re still around to honour. For Monaghan, Cavan and the borderlands, we run scheduled design visits and plan each project so distance is our problem, not yours. If you’ve heard the name and want the workshop behind it — this is the one with the village attached.

Getting to us

The showroom is worth the spin.

Cavan town ~70 minutes, Monaghan town ~100, Cootehill and Ballyjamesduff between. Design visits run north regularly; the Rooskey showroom (by appointment) is where the doors, colours and thirty years of story live.

Ten minutes from Carrick-on-Shannon on the Tarmonbarry road, the showroom sits beside the workshop — sample doors, the full palette in daylight, and the sound of kitchens being made next door. Visits are by appointment, Monday to Saturday.

Monaghan & Cavan questions

Local questions, straight answers.

In Rooskey village, Co. Roscommon — Mooneenbeg, on the Tarmonbarry road, where Pauric Feeney founded the business in 1996. The workshop and showroom are on the same site, and the second generation of the family works in the business today. That address is the whole story: family-run, one workshop, thirty years.

Yes — sample doors and the colour palette travel with us on design visits, so you can handle finishes at your own kitchen table. That said, the full showroom rewards the trip: complete displays, all 32+ shades in daylight, and the workshop next door. Visits are by appointment, Monday to Saturday.

We batch northern visits into scheduled runs, so you’ll be offered a couple of dates rather than a vague window. The design visit covers measuring, samples and a proper conversation about how you use the room; the survey and fit are planned as full days. Distance is our logistics problem — the price and the finish are the same as anywhere else.
