What we collect. When you complete a form on this site we collect the details you give us — typically your name, email address, phone number, the location of your project and whatever you tell us about it. Our web host and security software also keep standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.

Why we collect it. We use your details for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry, arrange a consultation, send a brochure or price a project. We do not sell personal data, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your agreement.

How long we keep it. Enquiry details are kept for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, including warranty records, and then deleted. Form submissions stored in the website are removed periodically.

Your rights. Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. Email pauricfeeney@gmail.com and we will deal with your request. You can also complain to the Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).

Cookies. This site uses only the cookies needed to run WordPress and, if enabled, basic analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
